Can you imagine not having air conditioning in your home during the long, hot Iowa summer? Can you imagine having just one fan or no fan at all, on top of that? Each year, The Crisis Center of Johnson County distributes fans in June and August. Five hundred fans have been distributed this summer, but there are some households that still do not have a fan.
The Crisis Center gives one fan per household every two years. Please consider: As temperatures soar into the 90s this summer, just $20 allows The Crisis Center to buy quality, box fans in bulk, to be received by a family in Johnson County. You can help people in Johnson County stay cool this summer. Please join the Fan Club by sending a donation to The Crisis Center.
