C.R. police officers go above and beyond

I can't adequately thank the officers who helped me fix my blown out tire. I was lucky to have this happen at the drug dog training park on Eighth Ave. because six of Cedar Rapids' finest stopped what they were doing to help this disabled man. These fine young people wouldn't let me do anything, and worked hard to fix my problem.
Too often we are ready to criticize our law enforcement officers for doing their job of protecting us. I can attest to the quality of the six officers who helped me. Thank you, officers.
