Bobby Alan McCue, 69, husband of Linda May Kohl McCue, went to be with his Lord and Savior Sunday, April 25, 2021.
Born in Greenville County, a son of the late George Walter McCue and the late Carolyn Lesley McCue, Bobby retired from the structural steel industry and was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran, having served in the Vietnam War and served as a Sky Soldier with the 173rd Airborne Brigade.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of 21 years, are two daughters, Julie McCue Cassell and her husband, Stacey of Easley, and Alice McCue Yatsenyuk of Anderson; a brother, Joe Ronald McCue, and his wife, Lothel of Easley; a stepson, Jeremy Bartlett and Ama Bartlett of Alburnett, Iowa; a stepdaughter, Amanda Rose and her husband, Kevin of Alburnett, Iowa; and nine grandchildren, Griffin Cassell, Sophia Yatsenyuk, Kolton, Kassidy, Keenan, Kale and Karson Rose, Zachary and Abigail Bartlett.
In addition to his parents, Bobby was predeceased by two brothers, George Patrick McCue and James William McCue.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, April 29, at Rock Springs Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dr. David Gallamore officiating. Burial will follow in the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Thursday at the church, prior to the service.
The family is at the home of Stacey and Julie Cassell.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Marion, Iowa.
