Wulfekuhle, Floyd Joseph
Floyd Joseph Wulfekuhle, 82, of Manchester, died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque. Mass of Resurrection: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 7, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manchester, with the Rev. Richard Gaul as celebrant. Visitation: 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday and 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester, with a 2 p.m. rosary on Sunday. Interment: St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Manchester.
He is survived by his wife, Helen of Manchester; two sons, Steve (Susan) Wulfekuhle of Manchester and Ed (Marla) Wulfekuhle of Delhi; one daughter, Cheryl (Tom) Recker of Manchester; seven grandchildren; three brothers, Harold (Marie) Wulfekuhle of Edgewood, Leonard (Vera) Wulfekuhle of Independence and Wilbur (Erma) Wulfekuhle of Manchester; and one sister-in-law, Joann Wulfekuhle of Independence.
Floyd was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Terry Dean Wulfekuhle in infancy; a grandson, Scott Joseph Wulfekuhle, in infancy; two brothers, Lawrence (Berniece) and Arnold Wulfekuhle; and one sister, Arlene (Ernie) Ronnebaum.
