Davis, Robert C.
Robert C. Davis, 81, of Williamsburg, formerly of Marengo, died Friday, May 17, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 20, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Marengo, with Father Joseph Roost officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Marengo, with Military Honors. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. today at Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, with a Scripture service at 4 p.m.
A memorial fund has been established.
Bob is survived by his wife, Genevieve; his children, Mary Hadenfeldt (Ed) of Solon, Bill (Margaret) of Marengo and Tom (Bridget) of Edina, Minn.; seven grandchildren, Adam Hadenfeldt (Jenny), Aaron Hadenfeldt, Augie Hadenfeldt, Tyler Davis, Sonya Swift (Bob), Anthony Davis and Neil Davis; a great-grandson, Mark Hadenfeldt; four stepgrandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren; and a brother, Larry Davis (Sharon) of Ladora.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Mabel (Hocker) Davis; and a sister, Greta Rader.
