Warner, Arlene T.
Arlene T. Warner, 89, passed away Monday, July 22, 2013, in Augusta, Kan.
She was born in Mitchell, S.D., on Oct. 25, 1923, to the late Opal (Stickler) and Clarence Davis. Arlene and her husband of 69 years, James, met in South Dakota, married in Missouri, but lived a majority of their lives in Marion, Iowa. She was employed at Collins Radio Co. / Rockwell for 22 years before retiring. Arlene and James moved to Augusta, Kan., in 2009 to be closer to family. James preceded her in death on Jan. 19, 2012. She is survived by sons, Tim Warner (Karen), Augusta, Kan., and Jim Warner (Sheila), Minot, N.D.; sisters, Doris Cummins, Marion, Mae Fenner, Warrensburg, Mo., and Dixie Leath, Baker City, Ore.; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial graveside service: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, at Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion.
