Albert L. Swearingen, 74, passed away at Mercy Medical Center on Nov. 8, 2015.

Albert is survived by his wife, Rita; sons, Mark and Michael (Chantel); daughters, Tammy (Gary) and Jennifer (Jeff); six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four sisters; and two sisters-in-laws.

Albert was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and a great-grandson.

There will be no service per Albert's wishes.
