Loren William Kreutner, 77, of Port Angeles, Wash., formerly of Atkins, passed away Aug. 1, 2019, in Sequim, Wash. Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at Phillips Funeral Home, 212 E. Sixth St., Vinton, with the Rev. Doug Woltemath officiating. Interment will be held at St. Stephen's Cemetery, rural Atkins.
