Iowa City, died Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014, at home. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Aug. 28 at Zion Lutheran Church in Iowa City. A time of visitation will precede the service, beginning at 1 p.m., until the start of the service. A private family committal service will take place at Oakland Cemetery in Iowa City.
