Fred Stigers, 81, died Monday, Nov. 24, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, at Saint Pius X Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Cedar Memorial Funeral Home.
