AUGUSTA, Ga. -- We taped this Monday. I picked Luke Donald to win.
Why? He's an Englishman, so I won't have any Americans mad that I jinxed him. Well, that's wrong. Donald played collegiately at Northwestern. So I guess without realizing it, I'm pandering to Iowa fans who want a Wildcat to be hexed.
Luckily for me, Donald won Wednesday's Par 3 Contest here at Augusta, so he jinxed himself. No one has won the Par 3 and the Masters in the same year since the Par 3 event was introduced here 51 years ago.
Anyhow, John Campbell and I give four minutes of blood, sweat and tears here to talking about the 2011 Masters, which starts Thursday morning.
