Marner, Ora Lynn
Ora Lynn Marner died Friday, Jan. 8, 2010, at Parkview Manor in Wellman at the age of 97 years.
He is survived by his children, James Marner and wife Charleen of St. Louis, Mo., and Loris Miller and husband Merle of Granger; eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Eunice; a brother, John; and two sisters, Vertie Marner and Susan Roth.
Celebration of Life service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church near Wellman. The Rev Don Patterson will officiate. Burial will be in Lower Deer Creek Cemetery near Wellman. Visitation will be Monday from 3 to 8 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman, where the family will greet friends from 3 to 5 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
A memorial fund has been established for Lower Deer Creek Mennonite Church or Hospice of Compassus.
