Norris, Craig A.
Craig A. Norris, 56, of Marion, died Tuesday, April 5, 2011, in his sleep. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 9, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Marion by Mike Merritt. Following the service, the family will greet friends until 3 p.m.
Craig was born Feb. 25, 1955, in Cedar Rapids, the son of Max and June (Bares) Norris. He worked as a mechanic.
Survivors include his parents, Max and June Norris of Central City; a sister, Cherie (Rick) LaBarge of Waubeck; and many other loving family members.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established at the Abbe Center for Community Mental Health, 520 11th St. NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405.
