Stanerson, Elsie S.
Elsie S. Stanerson, 90, of Brooklyn, formerly of Belle Plaine, died Tuesday, May 15, 2012, at the Brooklyn Community Estate following a short illness. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Michael's Catholic Church, by Deacon Joe Behounek. Burial will be in the Koszta Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine, where there will be a rosary at 7 p.m.
Survivors include her son, Gene (Vicki) Stanerson of Belle Plaine; sisters-in-law, Catherine Cleppe of Cedar Rapids and Florence Stanerson of Marengo; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
