Whisler, Lloyd H.
Lloyd H. Whisler, 78, of Lisbon, formerly of Donahue, Iowa, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009, in Lantern Park Care Center, Coralville. Funeral services: 10 a.m. Saturday at Morgan Funeral and Cremation Choices, Mount Vernon Chapel, by the Rev. David Ambrosy. Friends may call Friday from 4 until 6 p.m. at the chapel. Burial: St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery, Big Rock, with military rites.
Surviving Lloyd are his wife, Maurita; four children, David, Sioux Falls, S.D., Sue Ellen Harmeling, Palmer, Alaska and Okinawa, Japan, Patricia Dumolien, Lisbon, and Jane Richards, Palm Desert, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; and a sister, Nanette Schreiber, Williamsport, Pa.
