Letter: Patient touched by kindness, compassion

I am writing about my happiness with Mercy Medical Center. My praise always goes to Jessica Quinn, my primary caregiver. I just love her.
Today my praise goes to Ellie Snavely. Her kindness, compassion and empathy touched me. I am 76 years old and the fact she kept saying 'good job” after a test was wonderful. I needed that positive feedback and encouragement because I was scared. I felt like I could talk to her openly and she would not judge me.
My appointment went great because she is great. Thank you so much for having Ellie.
