Billy L. Wheeler, 84, of Bella Vista, Ark., formerly of Cedar Rapids, passed away Oct. 10, 2013, in Bentonville, Ark.
Survivors include his wife, Lois Wheeler, of the home.
Memorial services were held in Bella Vista.
