Supporting flood protection and water quality initiatives is vital to all residents of Linn County. As Jim Houser has said, together we are stronger. I, for one, appreciate the approach Houser takes in representing all residents of Linn County.
Water, that which we must have to sustain us, has provided us with many push/pull challenges. Whether it be related to residential, conservation or agriculture - all are important to our county and Houser has proved that he can be counted on to provide a balanced approach in meeting challenges while keeping safety, savings and equity top of mind.
Having a Linn County supervisor that's fiscally prudent, a humanitarian and walks the talk appears rare for our county. Houser will represent everyone in District 1.
