Dahna, Doris M.
Doris M. Dahna, 80, formerly of Coralville, died Sunday, Oct. 27, 2013, at Crestview Nursing and Care Center in West Branch.
Doris Marie Wagner was born June 20, 1933, in Marshalltown, Iowa, the daughter of Harry A. and Helen L. (Switzer) Wagner. She graduated from Marshalltown High School and years later married Vern Dahna, on June 23, 1969, in Park Rapids, Minn. Doris worked many years at Sheller-Globe in Iowa City.
Her family includes her daughters, Christine Grimm of West Liberty, Deborah Dlouhy and Rebecca Petrie; brother, George Wagner of Oregon; grandchildren, Dana Thye, Brandi Dlouhy and Milo Dlouhy III; and three great-grandchildren.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband, parents and many siblings.
No public services will be held. She will be inurned at Oakland Cemetery in Iowa City.
Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City is caring for Doris' family and her services.
