Daily, Kathryn 'Kathy' F.

Kathryn “Kathy” F. Daily, 70, died Friday, Nov. 2, 2012, at her home following a lingering illness. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, at Hrabak Funeral Home by Joseph T. Kane, chaplain for Hospice of Mercy. Burial will be in Rector Cemetery, Chelsea. Visitation will be 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday.

She is survived by her husband, James; son, Richard Daily of Belle Plaine; daughters, Kelly Hoerner of Toledo, Jeanette (David) Coover of Belle Plaine and Nicole (Edgar) Shen of Wylie, Texas; brothers, Leslie (Sue) Jacobi and Russell (Caroline) Jacobi, both of Belle Plaine; sisters, Arlene Haloupek and Bonnie (Jim) Grimmius, both of Marshalltown, Rose (Don) Collum of Cedar Falls, Janet Callahan of Lincoln, Ill., Judy Jacobi of Las Cruces, N.M., and Michelle VanThournout of Ely; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Mitchell and Louise Beck Jacobi; and a sister, Darlene.

Memorials may be directed to the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha or to the Belle Plaine Ambulance.

Her warm and generous heart and beautiful smile will be greatly missed by all. She will forever remain alive in our memories.
