Stull, Robert L.
Robert L. Stull, 79, of Cedar Rapids, died July 13, 2013, at ManorCare Health Services, Cedar Rapids. Private Burial: Czech National Cemetery, Cedar Rapids. Arrangements with Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids.
Robert was born to Ora Clyde and Florence (Hand) Stull in the Tama/Toledo area on Feb. 2, 1934. He grew up in the Tama, Toledo and Belle Plaine areas. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Army. After returning from the Army, Robert lived in Massachusetts, where he married and divorced. From this marriage he had six children, Robert, Rick, Randy, Ronnie, Joanne and Jeanne, and numerous grandchildren. Robert returned to Iowa and lived in the Cedar Rapids area. He later married Sharon and two more sons were born, Jeff (Tiffany) and their children, Zack, Austin and Caden, of Lisbon, Iowa, and Rob (Sarah) and their children, Carter and Andrew, of Virginia.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ora Clyde and Florence Stull; brothers, Charles, Wayne, James, William and Gerald; and a sister, Florence.
Survivors include his children; his grandchildren; two sisters, Ester Beck and Mary Beck, both of Belle Plaine; and a number of nieces and nephews, all in the surrounding area.
