CEDAR RAPIDS - An Operation Quickfind has been issued for a missing Cedar Rapids teen.
Cedar Rapids police said 13-year-old Joesaiah Armstrong was last seen at Franklin Middle School at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Armstrong is five feet tall and weighs 98 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair and was last seen wearing a blue jacket with yellow on the sleeves, a green and black flannel shirt, jeans, and black, yellow and white tennis shoes.
Police said a photo of Joesaiah wasn't available.
Anyone with information on Joesaiah's whereabouts is asked to contact the Cedar Rapids Police Department.
