Science, not Thomas, should be believed on climate

Columnist Cal Thomas scoffs at the recent release of our government's climate science report. (Dec. 2, 'When will the climate change apocalypse come?”) He sites no credible authority, pointing only to a right-wing website to support his opinion. This is outrageous.
A review of the lead authors and contributors to the report should be published so readers can assess its legitimacy. In any case, please inform your readers of its content, summarized as follows: ' … stronger evidence has emerged for continuing, rapid, human-caused warming of the global atmosphere and ocean. This report concludes that it is extremely likely that human influence has been the dominant cause of the observed warming since the mid-20th century. For the warming over the last century, there is no convincing alternative explanation supported by the extent of the observational evidence. …”
Or, better yet, publish a link to the report to allow readers to draw their own conclusions:
