Jack P. Dunlap, 89, a longtime resident of Iowa City and North Liberty, died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, at Briarwood Health Care Center in Iowa City. A celebration of Jack's life will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Dec. 29 at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service, concluding with military honors.
