Residents have a voice with new C.R. council

Well, now that we have four city council members with some guts and are really representing the residents, maybe we can actually get this town on the right track. The flood really wasn't the whole problem we had to contend with, it was the past mayors' and councils' totally lame approach to knowing what their jobs were and how to do it.
We are 40 years behind Dubuque, Waterloo/Cedar Falls and Des Moines (and Sutliff) in creating a robust atmosphere for business, jobs and community updates for residents to enjoy. Maybe even the folks on the west side of town can enjoy life now that we have a voice!
