Cedar Rapids man reportedly first in line for Vikings game

Despite a request from the University of Minnesota that Viking ticket holders not line up outside TCF Bank Stadium until 4 p.m. Monday, there were those who started a line at 7:30 a.m. Josh Putz of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, said he was the first.
