Kintz, Alice
Alice Kintz, 95, died peacefully Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013, at Crestview Care Center in West Branch. Graveside Committal will be 2:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, at the West Branch Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to Iowa City Hospice.
Alice was born June 4, 1918, in Chicago, Ill. For many years Alice was employed by the Iowa City Community School District and volunteered with Head Start and at the Iowa City Senior Center. She was a member of the Iowa City Women's Club.
Alice is survived by her sister, Wilma Walters of Sioux City.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Joan, Annabell and Charlotte; and many cousins.
