Fangmann, Lois T.
Lois T. Fangmann, 81, died peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Friday, June 17, 2011, at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester. Funeral Mass: 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 20, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Manchester, by the Rev. John Flaherty. Visitation: 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, with a 2 p.m. Scripture service, at Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Manchester. Additional visitation: one hour before services at the church on Monday. Burial: St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Manchester.
Lois is survived by 11 children, Bob (Karen) Fangmann of Toddville, Mary Kay (Vic) Dannenbrink of Manchester, Doris (Dave) Lawrence of Dundee, Darlene (Steve) Cornwell of Greeley, Dick (Leanne) Fangmann of Manchester, Herb (Mary) Fangmann of Rowley, RoseAnn Hiatt of Manchester, Linda (Gary) Sigler of O'Fallon, Mo., Kathy (Don) McCurdy of Dundee, Terri (Ray) Cooksley of Manchester and Carla (Mark) Dingbaum of Robins; 29 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; six siblings, Edna Wolter and Lloyd (Lois) Gudenkauf, both of Dubuque, Joyce Peterson of Phoenix, Mae (Jack) Venneman and Flora Ornelas, both of Tucson, Ariz., and John (Barb) Gudenkauf of Cedar Rapids; a sister-in-law, Armella Schroeder of Dyersville; and many nieces and nephews.
