Braley right to vote against act

A letter criticized Congressman Bruce Braley for his vote against the 'Sportsmen's Heritage Act” ('Ernst will preserve our basic freedoms,” Aug. 7).
This act would allow importation of polar bear 'trophies.” It would remove the ability of the Environmental Protection Agency to regulate lead ammunition and it would require federal agencies to open nearly all public lands to hunting, including national parks and wildlife refuges.
There are many other consequences and nearly all of them preference hunters and trappers above all other interests. I appreciate and support Braley's vote against this bad bill.
