Wilma D. Kasper, 91, of Iowa City, passed away Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 5, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Iowa City. Visitation will be from 2 to 2:30 p.m. before the service.
