Wilma Christine (Vlcek) Sieck, a faithful servant of the Lord of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and formerly of Omaha, Neb., was called home on July 30, 2016. Private family services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 2, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids, with burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Omaha, Neb.
Wilma was born Aug. 7, 1922, in Omaha, Neb., to Edward and Marie (Iversen) Vlcek. She was married to Frank W. Sieck on April 5, 1941.
She is survived by her daughter, Jean (Doug) Swanson of Cedar Rapids; four granddaughters; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank; her son, Paul; two brothers; and two sisters.
