Lynn Bading, 72, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Jan. 31, 2019, at UnityPoint-St. Luke's Hospital. A funeral service will be held Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 4 to
7 p.m. at Cedar Memorial Funeral Home.
Lynette Neal was born Nov. 2, 1946, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Jack and Lucille Neal. She graduated from Hamilton Business College. She was a real estate agent in Cedar Rapids for several years. She owned her own bread distribution business and worked with local grocery stores. She loved playing bingo at St. Ludmila's and in Tama, and hanging out with her bingo buddies. She especially loved spending time with her family and many grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Mark; four children, Jeff (Andy) Svoboda, Robyn Miner (Josh Havlik), Brad (Dianna) Svoboda and Brett Neal (Rudeee Miller); nine grandchildren, Mandy and Nicole Miner, Nakia and Isaiah Svoboda, Zach and Allison Svoboda and Madison, Morgan and Emily Neal; and one sister, Jackie Dewitt.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
