Reck, Helen M.
Helen M. Reck, 77, died Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011, at Regional Medical Center, Manchester, from a lengthy illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Independence. Burial: Fremont Township Cemetery, north of Winthrop. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. today at Fawcett Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Winthrop.
Surviving family includes her husband, Donald of Winthrop; two sons, Steve (Sally) Reck of Marion and Doug (LuAnn) Reck of Winthrop; her daughter, Jan (Rob) Turner of Independence; seven grandchildren, Amanda (Matt) Thoendel, Kirsten (Justin) Reck, Andrew Reck, Ben (Amy) Reck, Randy (Nicole) Reck, Nathan Reck and Janson Turner; five great-grandchildren, Hunter Schulte, Riley Reck, Owen Reck, Gavin Reck and Piper Reck; and her sister, Evelyn Cook of Independence.
