Broulik, Samantha Jo

Samantha Jo Broulik, infant daughter of Ronda Stucker and Jacob Broulik of Iowa City, died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, where she was born on Dec. 15, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. There will be visitation after 4 p.m. Monday until services at the funeral home.

In addition to her parents, Ronda and Jacob, her family includes her sister, Courtney, and brothers, Wesley and Samantha's twin, Owen; grandparents, Kim Stucker of North Liberty, Ron Netser of Coralville, Richard Shay of Iowa City, Kim Broulik of Lisbon and Dan Broulik of Mount Vernon; and great-grandparents, Ethel Good of North Liberty, Shirley and Don Diehl of Coralville and Geraldine Broulik of Mount Vernon.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Samantha's memory.
