Johnson, Virgil L.
Virgil L. Johnson, 70, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Sunday, Sept. 4, 2011, at the Dennis and Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy after an extended illness. A graveside service with military honors will be held in Palo Cemetery at 10 a.m. Thursday with the Fire Department Chaplain Phil Saunders officiating. A visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
