Ochiltree, Stephen P.

Stephen P. Ochiltree, 69, of Marion, Iowa, died Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center. A private graveside service will be held at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Cedar Memorial has been entrusted with the arrangements.

He is survived by his wife. Nancy Ochiltree; a son. Nicholas Scott Ochiltree; daughter. Mary Lena Leach; his mother. Kathleen Ochiltree; and two brothers. Craig and Cameron Ochiltree.

He was preceded in death by a son, Marc Stephen Ochiltree; and his father, Scott Ochiltree.

Stephen P. Ochiltree was born April 22, 1943, in Indianapolis, Ind., the son of Scott and Kathleen (Sims) Ochiltree. After graduation from high school, he received his Bachelor's degree in history. He then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Social Work. Stephen married Nancy on Sept. 19, 1991, in Marion. He was an avid golfer and went to many American Golf Association tournaments. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
