PHOTOS: Jefferson's Band of Blue plays the Holiday Bowl
Jefferson High School's famed Band of Blue had a big day in San Diego Wednesday.
The band marched in the Port of San Diego Big Bay "America's Largest Balloon Parade" Wednesday, then joined 11 other bands in the halftime show of Wednesday night's Pacific Life Holiday Bowl.
100,000 people lined the streets of San Diego to welcome the band's performance in the parade.
The Jefferson Band of Blue has been rehearsing since December for their appearance.
