Letter: Important to practice bicycle safety

I live near a country road that is popular with bicyclists. It has no shoulders and several blind hills and turns.

I would like to thank those riders who wear brightly colored clothing and obey traffic laws (stop signs). Enjoy your ride and keep safe!
