Snoble, Marion
Marion Snoble, 98, of Cedar Rapids, died at Living Center West, Friday, May 27, 2011. There will be no services per Marion's request. Entombment: Cedar Memorial Park Mausoleum. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
Marion is survived by a daughter-in-law, Darlene Plattenberger of Cedar Rapids.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank; son, Richard; a brother, Robert; and sisters, Clarabelle and Mildred.
Marion was born Feb. 21, 1913, in Cedar Rapids, to Arthur and Clara Safely. She graduated from Washington High School in 1931. She married Frank Snoble on Sept. 19, 1947, in Aledo, Ill. Marion had been employed at Wilson Foods.
