Naquave (Mooka) Whitlock passed away Aug. 23, 2016, at age 22.
Surviving are his parents, Bryant and Patrisa Keys and Rafael Whitlock.
Naquave proudly served as a member of the Illinois National Guard. He attended Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.
A memorial and life celebration will be Sunday, Aug. 28, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at Tidye A. Phillips School, 1401 E. 13th Pl., Ford Heights, IL 60411.
