STANLEY RUPRECHT
Lowden
Stanley J. Ruprecht, 62, of Lowden, died Sunday, March 23, 2014, at Great River Medical Center, West Burlington. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 5, at Chapman Funeral Home, Clarence, with Pastor Victor Young officiating. Burial: Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Lowden. Friends may call one hour before the service.
Survivors include his brother, Henry D. (Kris) Ruprecht of Swisher; a sister, Audry (Clinton) of Plymouth, Minn.; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Stanley was born Oct. 5, 1951, to Henry L. and Hulda Hein Ruprecht, in Cedar Rapids. He participated in the Special Olympics. He was known for his smile and the pranks he pulled.
The family would like to thank the staff at Prairie Ridge and Great River Medical Center for their great care.
