Congress must reclaim trade powers

President Donald Trump's tariffs are killing America. How about insisting that all of our elected officials be required to read the constitution.
Article I, Section 8, Clause 1 clearly states the following: 'The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts (tariffs) and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts (tariffs) and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States.”
No where does it state that the president has such power. How about reclaiming your duties and doing your job for all Americans?
