Remember Beer O'Clock?

Some of you might remember the old "Beer O' Clock" posts.
If you don't or are relatively new to the blog, here's a link to an old post. It was basically a release for me on Friday nights. I was finished with the week's football blogging. Watched whatever high school football highlights were out there. And put the kids to bed.
Hey, Beer O' Clock.
I've stopped doing them here. I wasn't getting complaints. I just want to keep this strictly Hawkeye football content. Yeah, I still want to do Beer O' Clock.
So . . .
Meet Brewmaniacs.com.
I'm a mere contributor on this site. It's the brainchild of StorminSpank, of the Iowa site, StorminSpank.com. Then, there's @rod_leviathan (the "Zelig" of beer festivals), @MetsFanVI (a hops connoisseur) and @MJensen52402 (the beer professor who grows his own hops and actually brews the stuff). My role is kind of like the Stephen Wright character from "Half Baked." I sleep on the couch and a whole bunch of stuff happens around me. Actually, I did blog about my wonderful experience at Three Floyd's Dark Lord Day a few weeks ago.
It's American Craft Beer week, so I'm stepping up my game tonight with a few reviews.
We have a Twitter presence. We have a Facebook page. Please, stop and give us follows and likes and all that cyber love we all so crave this day and age.
No, the goal here is not to make money. It's conversation about beer. What to buy? What's good? Where to find it? I'd love to start a trading system of sorts (I've got some Dark Lord -- you want, trust me).
I'm not sure how many people enjoyed the Beer O' Clock posts, but I just wanted those who might be interested to know that it's always Beer O' Clock at Brewmaniacs.com.
