Michael T. Hazelton, 22, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, died Tuesday, April 14, 2020. A visitation will be held from
11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2021, at the Legacy Center at Murdoch-Linwood in Cedar Rapids. A memorial service will follow at
1 p.m. on Saturday at the Legacy Center.
All guests are respectfully requested to
wear a mask and practice social distancing. A livestream of the funeral service may be accessed on the funeral home website tribute page for Michael, under "photos and videos or media," starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 24.
