Bees blank Kernels, 7-0

BURLINGTON - Four Burlington pitchers held Cedar Rapids to four hits Sunday as the Bees blanked the Kernels, 7-0, on Sunday before 740 fans at Community Field.
Seth Fowler (3-5) took the loss for Cedar Rapids. He allowed five runs on seven hits in 5 1/3 innings. Justin Bass had two hits and Andy Workman hd a double for Cedar Rapids, which was hindered in the field by four errors.
The teams conclude the regular season Monday at 2 p.m.
