Stutt, Hannah
Hannah Stutt, 85, died Saturday at the Monticello Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be 10:30 Tuesday morning at Wayne Zion Lutheran Church, rural Monticello, with interment in Wayne Zion Cemetery. The Rev. Jonathan Kosec will officiate at the services. Friends may call from 5 until 7 tonight at Goettsch Funeral Home, Monticello.

Hannah is survived by several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Willis and Harvey.
Hannah Marie Stutt was born Oct. 12, 1923, in Wayne Township, Jones County, Iowa. She was the daughter of Wilhelm Behrends and Katherina Sophia Tobiason Stutt. Hannah received her education in the rural schools near her home. She later farmed on the family farm in Wayne Township with her brothers. Hannah moved to Pennington Place in February 2002 and to the Monticello Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in March 2009. Hannah was a life long member of Wayne Zion Lutheran Church where she was baptized. She confirmed her faith on April 25, 1937. She always loved to help with the Harvest Festival at church.
