Jesenovec, Robert A.
Robert A. Jesenovec, 64, of Worthington, died Sunday morning, July 1, 2012. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 5, at the Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville, where a parish vigil will be held at 4 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Paul Catholic Church in Worthington, with burial in the church cemetery.
Bob was born June 21, 1948, in Manchester, Iowa, the son of Edmund and Magdalen (Bonert) Jesenovec. He graduated from St. Paul Catholic High School with the Class of 1966 and began helping his parents on the family farm near Worthington, eventually taking over the farm where he lived his entire life.
Survivors include two brothers, Gerald (Jane) Jesenovec of Farley and David (Jane) Jesenovec of Hopkinton; a brother-in-law, Edwin Althoff of Anamosa; a sister-in-law, Wilma Jesenovec of Hopkinton; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Mary Ann Althoff; and a brother, Ernest Jesenovec.
