SHELLEY JENNEY Waterloo Shelley Kay Hobbs Jenney, 57, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, at Allen Hospital in Waterloo following a long illness. The daughter of Warren Lee and Karen (Johnson) Hobbs, she was born July 6, 1958, in Vinton. She is survived by her son, Kevin Allan Jenney of Evansdale; her sister, Kristy Kramer of Urbana; her brother, Doug Hobbs of North Liberty; her parents, Warren and Karen Hobbs of Cedar Rapids; and her longtime partner, Doug Holtz of Waterloo. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Jeff Jenney. Shelley enjoyed music and dancing. She loved her three dogs, Bosco, Ziggy and Lionheart.
