Eastern Iowa Honor Flight is unforgettable

On May 21, exactly 51 years to the day that I was discharged from the United States Air Force, I had the honor of being on the Eastern Iowa Honor Flight. It is a fantastic experience for a veteran. The people who put on the honor flight have it down to perfection. If you're a veteran, and haven't gone, you should think about going.
I would like to thank everybody involved with the honor flight, the sponsors, all the people at the airport welcoming us back, and The Eastern Iowa Airport for an experience I will never forget.
