Martha Lou Palmer, 89, of Manchester, passed away peacefully Friday, Nov. 4, 2016, at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester.
Survivors left to cherish her memory include her four children, Ellen (Marvin) Wehrle of Lynnville, LuAnn Burgers of Humboldt, Kathy (Ken) Brokaw of Walnut Creek, Calif., and Stephen (Anita) Palmer of
Manchester; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Jo (Verle) Burgason of Ames; one brother-in-law, Phil (Dorothy) Palmer of Grinnell; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the United Methodist Church Choir or Camp Courageous.

Celebration of Life service: 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester, by the Rev. Mary Green. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at the funeral home. Inurnment: Oakland Cemetery, Manchester.
